Why a Company and not a day worker?

Because We Are The Better Choice.

Day workers are great - they are usually cheaper than companies would be and you feel like you are supporting the locals by paying them directly.

But day workers are also unreliable and usually, corners are cut in terms of quality of work. At Hamilton Farms, we hire only Honduran workers, provide the equipment needed to do the job to standard, and check to ensure they did it up to our quality (which is pretty high!). We believe that being on time is being five minutes early and are never looking to waste your time (or ours) by doing a cruddy job.
